Mango

Mango came to Hollyview after a lady contacted the sanctuary as she was

concerned about a cat. The cat was originally given to the lady by a man who lives in

the area – he threatened that if she didn’t take her, he would dump her in the woods.

She’s obviously suffered some trauma and at only 5 months old nobody could get

near her – and as a result was living in the lady’s shed. Not wanting the cat to spend

the rest of her days living like that, she was keen for some help – so we stepped in.

Since being here, Mango has made great strides forward. In just a few days, she

was willing to put her trust in us, and started to head rub and show affection. She still

has a way to go, but she is already on track and starting to enjoy life.
