Victor and Wilson

We received a call from the local vets that had two tortoises brought in by a member

of the public who had found them in a plastic box dumped in his garden. As the vets

didn’t have the appropriate facilities for them, they asked us if we could take them.

The tortoises were filthy – not through hibernation but from ground-in dirt. After a

warm bath to rehydrate and clean them, the difference in their appearance was plain

to see. As expected, nobody has come forward for the two boys and they will

therefore stay here and join the rest of the creep.
