This area is my passion and we are currently extending it for next summer and for when our hibernating tortoises come back to join us in 2020. We have been able to sort the external fencing in 2019 which has been a huge project but now the paddock is safe for them to roam.
Throughout 2020 when we have spare money available, we are looking to add caves and roaming areas for our 28 tortoises, as well as adding more to their internal habitat.
We have tiny and large tortoises living in the paddock with Bolder being the leader of the pack... as you can imagine Bolder is not one of the tiny ones... these tortoises are the most gentle creatures but most people don’t know how to take care of them so they have ended up with us, but with the right care and attention these babies might even out live me!
We want to give these tortoises the best area to live in, to make it more fun for them and give them more opportunity to live a normal life, so any thing you can donate to help us achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
