How to Adopt a Cat

Adopting one of our cats is very personal to us; we have looked after them and helped them to get ready for a new beginning. Most of our cats have not had the best of starts, so it is vital that we get the very best home for them, so that they continue to thrive. We always carry out a home check, but panic not, we don’t arrive with a clipboard asking for your inside leg measurements! This is just a chat, preferably over a cup of tea and a chocolate Hobnob (other biscuits are available), to find out exactly what kind of cat you are hoping to adopt. We do ask questions and hope that you do the same. We feel that if you get this far into the adoption process, then it is just a matter of time until you welcome one of our gorgeous cats into your home.

Fees

Our adoption fees are £125 per cat or kitten. This includes the cost of neutering, microchipping, vaccinating, and flea and worm treatments.

Pet insurance

We provide 4 weeks free cover with Petplan, or 5 weeks free cover with Agria. It is a personal choice whether you continue with this, but it can take away the stress and worry of your new addition having illnesses or accidents throughout their lifetime.
