Little Nell

We received a frantic phone call from a lady who had 4-week-old kittens – 2 of which

had already passed away and the other two were in a terrible state – we immediately

rushed over and took the kitten’s Mum, one kitten who was barely alive and the

other, who was also struggling straight to their vets. Sadly, one kitten died shortly

after arriving at the vets, Mum was given antibiotics and fluids as she had diarrhoea,

and the other kitten was given meds and fluids too. Hollyview took them home and

hand-reared the kitten who needed 2 hourly feeds, flea and worm treatments. The

mum has now been rehomed having spent several weeks recuperating and

regaining her strength. It was touch and go at first for Little Nell, but she has gone

from strength to strength and is now thriving.
